Color:  Medium gold

Nose:  Vibrant with honey, floral, lemon

Taste:  A touch of sweetness with mineral, lemon, floral

Finish:  Complex for a wine under $10 and it is balanced

Evaluation:  A great value!  88 points

Best White of the year for under $15

2005 Chateau Ste. Michelle Canoe Ridge Horse Heaven Hills Chardonnay $$

Color:  Medium gold

Nose:  Rich, spice, oak, pear, and apple

Taste:  Oak, vanilla, spice, pear, apple

Finish:  Medium with spice, oak, vanilla, that weaves into a buttery finish.

Evaluation:  The best white wine for under $15 I have ever had.  92 points

White wine is at an all time high in the world.  The best value whites are from Germany and Washington State.

If money is no option explore the whites of Burgundy.

My least favorite white wine is Pinot Grigio.

Look for a white wine class from Wineglas throughout the year.
